- Significant experience in creative operations or studio management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure and tight timelines.
- Experience with creative, marketing, and production teams in luxury/cultural/agency settings.
- In-depth knowledge of print and digital production workflows.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and project management tools (Workfront preferred).
- Experience managing freelance resources and external vendors.
