📋 Description

• Lead a small team of Digital Designers in Product Design.
• Bridge product and brand; define Workato's creative identity.
• Define and steward Workato's visual identity across YouTube, decks, and in-product assets.
• Stay hands-on; manage workload and growth while doing design.
• Manage inbound requests; align with product and marketing leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a 2–3 person design team.
• Portfolio shows presentation design, videography, animation, illustration, icon design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Google Slides.
• Enterprise SaaS experience is a strong bonus.
• Extremely high quality bar; attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management; clear communication with product and marketing leaders.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication.
• Portfolio demonstrates illustration, icon design, UI design and animation/videography.
• Comfort working at pace in a fast-moving environment.
