🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in creative leadership with 5+ years leading brand-level work.
  • Deep understanding of AI tools to support the creative process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Copywriting or related field.
  • Proven experience in a creative agency with TV, digital, and partnership campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop concepts that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and ability to mentor a small creative team.
