Own full lifecycle of design projects with minimal supervision in fast-paced settings.
Proactively drive process improvements via automation and AI in design workflows.
Develop and present design concepts and storyboards; iterate on feedback.

🎯 Requirements

4 to 6 years of professional design experience in tech or product teams.
Advanced in Figma, Canva, and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
Experience delivering work within design systems with brand-consistent graphics.
Strong communication with cross-functional partners in Marketing and Ad Ops.
Balance high-volume production speed with pixel-perfect quality globally.
Rigorous QA and attention to detail across deliverables.
