🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, QA, fulfillment, or creative operations with focus on quality
- Experience leading frontline hourly teams of 25+ in high-volume environment; hardware/robotics familiarity
- Proven success in high-growth or startup settings with ambiguity and rapid scaling
- Skilled at coaching and mentoring hourly employees with clarity and respect
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational instincts
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
