📋 Description

• Provide clear direction and hands-on support to maintain productivity and quality.
• Manage product flow across capture stages; ensure materials move efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and unblock production; reallocate products or address equipment issues.
• Perform hands-on product capture, styling, and quality checks.
• Monitor team performance against daily targets and standards.
• Communicate shift priorities and updates to the Creative Crew Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in production, with at least 1 year in lead/supervisor role.
• Proven ability to capture high-quality product media to meet volume and styling standards.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable coaching teammates with clarity, patience, and accountability.
• Hands-on problem-solver who removes obstacles to keep production flowing.
• Strong communication skills across teams.
