  • Direct, shoot, and edit high-volume video/photo of engine tests, milestones, and staff.
  • Own the visual look and feel; establish a consistent cinematic style across assets.

  • Adapt long-form content into platform-optimized micro-content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
  • Source and manage external partners for campaigns (freelancers/agencies/crews).
  • Manage production gear inventory; maintain cameras, lighting, audio equipment.

🎯 Requirements

  • End-to-end video production: pre-prod, on-location shooting, editing, post-prod.
  • Experience producing short-form social assets and long-form narratives (documentaries, podcasts).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong storytelling to translate complex ideas into visuals.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
  • Experience producing content in engineering/aerospace/defense/manufacturing or other technical industries.
