- Monitor borrower financials, project performance, covenant compliance, maturities, delinquencies; assess ongoing financial stability.
- Manage a CRE portfolio with responsibility for portfolio quality.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent combination).
- 6+ years of banking credit analysis experience.
- Preferred: Affordable Housing/LIHTC credit analysis experience.
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to analyze financial statements, cash flows, tax returns for complex structures.
- Knowledge of entity structures, borrowing and guaranty structures.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage relationships and documentation.

- Starting compensation range: $131,319 - $154,493 (location/experience based).
