  • Analyze credit and financial information on prospective and existing customers.
  • Prepare credit requests and modifications; provide analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate on loan closings and construction loan advances.
  • Track and analyze loan financials; monitor covenants and terms.
  • Manage credit files; ensure current financial information and reports.
  • Support lien-perfection documents with CRE Relationship Managers and maintain loan policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Economics/Law/CS or related field.
  • 6+ years of banking credit analysis experience.
  • Preferred Affordable Housing/LIHTC credit analysis experience.
  • Advanced financial analysis; analyze statements, cash flows, and tax returns.
  • Proficient in Word/Excel/Teams/SharePoint; knowledge of CRE lending laws.
  • Travel up to 20%.
