Lead and support production by other originators in your market.
Originate, review, and underwrite CRE transactions of varying complexity.
Develop relationships with developers, housing authorities, and service providers.
Monitor active CRE loan portfolio per bank and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, CS) required.
8+ years in Residential Construction or Home Builder Finance lending.
6+ years of supervisory/management experience.
