About Crayon
Crayon is seeking an Operations Specialist – Microsoft (m/f/d) to join our team in Germany. In this role you will support day-to-day operations related to Microsoft products across multiple locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich). You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, manage licenses, assist onboarding/offboarding, and help optimize operational processes to ensure high service levels. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration, user provisioning, and license management
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contract renewals
- Support IT operations processes, onboarding/offboarding, and incident response
- Monitor service levels, track metrics, and report to management
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR and Legal teams
Qualifications
- Experience in operations support or IT administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and related Microsoft services
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Basic understanding of data protection and GDPR is a plus
