The role:

As our new Operations Lead, you will playan important rolein supporting our customers, partners, and colleagues by managing pricing, agreements, billing, and software licensing. You will lead a team that ensures a smooth and efficient softwarepurchasingprocess while also overseeing team development, managing sick leave, and conducting performance reviews. In this role, you will work with both public and private sector clients,using yourorganizational and communication skills to meet diverse needs

Key responsibilities will include:
 

Lead and support a team of operational specialists, focusing on individual development and collaboration with the Operations Management team
Provide customer support for both direct and indirect programs
Use our ERP system (D365) to efficiently create purchase orders and sales orders
Work with supplier tools such as Poet, Adobe LWS, MS VLPC, or similar platforms to register purchase orders
Manage the creation and renewal of agreements for customers and partners

What we need to see from you: 

Proventrack recordof successfully leading teams of 10–15 people, fostering collaboration and growth
Experience in operations, customer support, software solutions, or sales operations roles
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline
Practicalexpertisein order processing, agreement management, and contract administration
Ability to work effectively with both public and private sector clients
Strong communicationand leadership skills, with a structured approach, attention to detail, and commitment to sharing best practices
