Role Overview

As a M365 Solution Engineer focusing on Mailbox Migration, you will lead mailbox migration projects for clients from on-premises Exchange or other tenants to Exchange Online. You will design migration roadmaps, perform migrations, and work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime while ensuring data integrity and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mailbox migration projects to Exchange Online
• Assess environments, plan cutovers, and coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Execute migrations using PowerShell, Microsoft 365 admin center, and related tooling
• Validate data integrity, licensing, and compliance
• Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize performance
• Provide post-migration validation, user training, and knowledge transfer
• Document runbooks and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 migrations and mailbox migrations
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid configurations
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
