Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled M365 Solution Engineer/Consultant to design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions for clients. The role combines technical design, hands-on configuration, and customer-facing engagement to enable collaboration, productivity, and security within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Defender for Office 365, and related services).
• Assess client requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, configure settings, migrate data, and validate success criteria.
• Advise on governance, security, and compliance within M365 environments.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to scope engagements and deliver value to clients.
• Create detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 and related cloud services.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and security controls.
• Experience with migration tools, coexistence scenarios, and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables with a client-focused mindset.
