As our new

Junior

Cloud Support

Engineer,

you will play a key role in delivering Level 1 IT support, acting as a local IT champion, and supporting Crayon systems

.

In this role you will

provide assistance to

internal staff, ensure services meet SLAs, and help

maintain

the local office environment

.

This role

provides

a unique opportunity to learn and grow your technical skills with the aim

within IT and Cloud

Key

responsibilities will include

:

  • Providing multi-channel support, such as Zendesk, email,

    phone

    and in-person, for all Crayon staff, including service desk and infrastructure tickets, and hands-on

    assistance

    with key tools and applications

  • Delivering technical

    assistance

    related to Azure, Office

    3

    nfrastructure servers, computer

    systems, software, hardware, and managed virtual machines

  • Challenging the status quo, whilst proactively looking for opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Defining and documenting best practices and strategies

    regarding

    application integration and infrastructure maintenance within Zendesk and other systems to build on the knowledge base articles

What we need to see from you:

  • Foundational knowledge or exposure to IT support roles

  • Familiarity with cloud environments and experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 is

    considered

    an advantage

    olid communication skills for effective customer interactions

    xcellent analytical

    and problem-solving capabilities

  • A

    bility to collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues
