Asour newGlobal Head ofCorporateCommunications,youwillserve asourcompany’sglobalcommunications strategist, managingourcorporate reputation, overseeing media relations,as well asdriving employee engagementthrough targeted internal communication,always ensuringconsistent, clear, and effective communication that aligns withour globalmission, vision, and strategicdirection.You will play a pivotal role infurtherdeveloping and executingourglobal communications strategy across all internal and external channels, supported by a team of specialists in their fields.Reporting directly to our Chief Strategy & Integration Officer, you will partnerwith the executive leadership team and act as a trusted advisor on all communications-related matters.Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and evolve a global communications strategy that aligns with our strategicobjectives, brand and culture, driving clarity, consistency, and impact across all channels and regions
- Develop and drive our corporate narrative and brand messaging, ensuring tone-of-voice, visual identity, and storytelling are unified and compelling in partnership with Marketing
- Serve as a strategic advisor to our Co-CEOs and senior leaders, guiding executive messaging, change communications, and the implications of high-stakes decisions across a transforming organization
- Oversee global communications governance, including policy development, adoption across subsidiaries, and collaboration with Legal and Risk to ensure compliance and protect reputation
- Drive external communications and thought leadership, managing media relationships, press strategy, and positioning SoftwareOne as a trusted industry leader,in partnership with Investor Relations
- Inspire and engage employees worldwide, leading internal communications that foster transparency, cultural alignment, and two-way dialogue

- Proven ability to distill complex business strategies into clear, compelling communications, and to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on strategic messaging and reputation management
- Track recordof building, leading, and motivating high-performing, cross-functional, and culturally diverse teams across multiple geographies
- Diplomatic, politically astute, and adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments with tact and discretion
