Global Google Distribution Lead

Overview

Crayon is seeking a Global Google Distribution Lead to drive the worldwide distribution of Google products and solutions. Based in Paris, this senior role will own the partnership strategy, lead cross-functional GTM initiatives, and collaborate with Google teams, channel partners, and customers to accelerate revenue growth. The Global Google Distribution Lead will define the distribution strategy, manage partner programs, and ensure successful adoption of Google products across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own global distribution strategy for Google products and related solutions.
• Build and manage partnerships with Google teams, channel partners, and system integrators.
• Lead go-to-market planning, sales enablement, pricing, and partner enablement.
• Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and deliver on targets.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and operations to ensure successful implementations.
• Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales in tech.
• Deep knowledge of Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and related ecosystems.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision making.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, France; ability to travel.
