Crayon is a technology company helping organizations optimize software and cloud investments. We are seeking a Global Google Distribution Lead to shape and execute our distribution strategy for Google partnerships and related channel ecosystems.

The Role

As the Global Google Distribution Lead, you will own the global go-to-market strategy for Google-related distribution, build and manage partnerships, and drive revenue growth through Google-enabled channels. This is a high-visibility leadership role that collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and operations to scale our Google distribution efforts.

Responsibilities

Define and execute global Google distribution strategy and partner programs.
Develop, negotiate, and manage relationships with Google teams and partner networks.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and enablement to drive pipeline and revenue.
Build scalable partner onboarding, enablement, and channel operations processes.
Forecast revenue, track performance metrics, and manage budgets.
Work with cross-functional teams to align with product roadmaps and GTM plans.

Qualifications

8+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or distribution leadership, preferably with Google-related programs.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with CRM and analytics tools; data-driven decision making.
Global experience across multiple regions and cultures.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
