Role Overview

Crayon is seeking a Senior Global Google Distribution Lead to own the global go-to-market and channel distribution for Google products and services. You will build and manage strategic partnerships, influence product and sales strategies, and drive revenue growth by expanding Crayon's reach within the Google ecosystem. This role is based in Stockholm and focuses on shaping global distribution programs that accelerate growth and enable partners to succeed.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global distribution strategy for Google products and services.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with Google and key channel partners.
Develop and optimize channel programs, enablement, and go-to-market initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to scale distribution efforts.
Track performance metrics, forecast growth, and report on program health and ROI.

Qualifications

7+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or distribution, preferably within cloud/SaaS environments.
Strong ability to build and manage external partnerships and negotiate win-win arrangements.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Experience with Google Cloud partnerships or large-scale technology ecosystems is a plus.
