Crayon is looking for a results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to join our Madrid team. This role focuses on building relationships with Norwegian-speaking customers and driving revenue in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

What you’ll do

\n- Identify and qualify new business opportunities with Norwegian-speaking clients in EMEA.
\n- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, including discovery, solution presentation, proposal, and negotiation.
\n- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
\n- Maintain accurate pipeline and activities in the CRM and forecast attainment against targets.
\n- Deliver compelling product demos and articulate Crayon's value proposition in Norwegian and English.

Who you are
\n
\n- Fluent in Norwegian with strong written and spoken communication; proficient in English.
\n- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or technology solutions with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
\n- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation.
\n- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
\n- Based in or willing to operate from Madrid (on-site).
