Overview
Crayon is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist (Norwegian speaking) to join our Amsterdam-based team. In this role you will drive growth by selling Crayon solutions to Norwegian-speaking customers and helping clients maximize value from our software offerings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Norwegian market.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with Norwegian-speaking customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline in CRM; meet or exceed targets.
- Stay up-to-date on Crayon's products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
- 2+ years in software/SaaS sales or digital sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Based in Amsterdam or able to work onsite in Amsterdam.
