Job Description
Crayon is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist - German Speaker for a fixed-term contract at our Amsterdam Head Office. In this role you will drive digital sales initiatives in the German-speaking market, manage inbound and outbound opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to win new business and grow existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies targeting German-speaking regions (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
- Qualify leads, manage opportunities from discovery through closing, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
- Forecast pipeline and contribute to meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Represent Crayon with professionalism at meetings and demos.
Requirements
- Fluent/native German speaker with high proficiency in English.
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience and a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven selling.
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands; based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborative team setting.
