- Work autonomously within a lean team, interfacing with Trial Managers
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product and Commercial teams
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years independent site monitoring across all visit types
- Experience with Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT) and central monitoring
- Ability to review and develop monitoring plans
- Strong knowledge of GCP/GDP and regulatory requirements
- Willing to travel up to 60%
- Based in Central Time Zone near a major airport
