- Review and respond to CD requests for Medicare/Commercial plans.
- Receive calls from pharmacies, physicians, and members on CD status.
- Initiate calls to providers when additional information is required.
- Generate calls, faxes, and letters to providers regarding CD resolutions.
- Document CD inquiries, status, and resolutions per policies.
- Review faxes and emails and create new cases for Medicare/Medicaid or Commercial plans.
π― Requirements
- Associate degree in Pharmacy Technician; in lieu of degree, equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent oral and written communication; English and Spanish required.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician license is preferred.
