Staff Product Manager, Search

📋 Description

• Set the vision for next-gen discovery and AI-driven search experiences for learners.
• Own conversational search across Coursera with cross-functional teams for end-to-end AI experiences.
• Improve search relevance using IR/ML, embeddings, and LLMs; multilingual search and ranking.
• Drive rapid experiments to understand learner behaviors and growth opportunities with data.
• Leverage market insights to identify revenue opportunities and personalization.
• Define and optimize KPIs for discovery, conversion, and merchandising.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience owning consumer products (search/discovery).
• 2+ years PM in search, personalization, or recommendations.
• Proven ability to ship complex products from idea to launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• 4+ years in product teams at a large e-commerce company.
• Owner mindset, action-oriented, and delivery-focused.
