Role: Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise Analytics

This is a full-time, on-site role based in India. You will design, build, and scale analytics platforms and data pipelines to deliver actionable insights for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with product, data science, and customer success teams to ensure reliable, performant analytics that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain data processing pipelines and analytics services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, dashboards, and data models.
Optimize performance, reliability, and security of analytics platforms.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
Participate in architectural decisions and ensure scalability of analytics solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience.
Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong data processing and modeling skills.
Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark and Kafka.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
