Role
Revenue Operations Specialist at Coursera. Based in India, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to streamline revenue workflows, maintain data integrity, and drive insights that enable smarter business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize end-to-end revenue processes (lead-to-revenue, order-to-cash) across CRM, marketing automation, and billing systems.
- Maintain data quality and governance in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and associated tools.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue leadership to monitor pipeline, forecasts, and quota attainment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and GTM analytics to improve forecasting, territory planning, and commissioning processes.
- Drive process improvements and automation through data analysis, SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.
- Support pricing, discounting, and CPQ-related initiatives to optimize revenue outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, business analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights and dashboards.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
