Associate Solution Consultant at Coursera in Mexico. In this role you will partner with Sales to understand customer needs, design technical solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and map them to Coursera solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Assist with solution design, scoping, and responses to RFPs.
- Support customer onboarding and drive successful deployments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or related role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical knowledge of SaaS, cloud platforms, data analytics, and APIs.
- Ability to travel as needed.
