- Administer and configure Coupa S2C and P2P modules (Procurement and Sourcing)
- Configure approval workflows, sourcing events, business rules, and templates
- Support CLM module: contracts, clauses, and approvals
- Translate business requirements into Coupa configurations and system solutions
- Provide day-to-day production support (KTLO) and troubleshoot issues
- Build saved searches, reports, and dashboards for business users
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Coupa administration experience
- Strong understanding of Procurement / Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes
- Experience configuring workflows, approvals, custom fields, forms, and templates
- Practical experience with Coupa CLM (administration or configuration)
- Hybrid business and technical mindset
- Ability to work directly with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT teams
