📋 Description

• Partner the Italy GM and bridge to the UK, translating global strategy to local action.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll, and benefits in Italy; drive salary reviews and promotions.
• Be the SME on Italian Labor Law; ensure docs, ER, and local policies are precise.
• Drive ops excellence by automating tasks and managing change as the site grows.
• Collaborate with Milan Workplace Experience to support office ops.
• Provide interim HR oversight for France until a local team is ready.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Italian Labor Law and market nuances.
• Experience in high-growth international tech settings with agile change.
• Hands-on operator; comfortable with strategic HR advice and operational tasks.
• Fluent English (UK standard) and Italian for cross-border collaboration.
• Open-minded and flexible; willing to specialise as the Italian team grows.
