🎯 Requirements

Proven success leading regional sales, owning P&L and revenue growth.
Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and digital media.
Established network in the DACH digital advertising ecosystem.
Strong track record building senior partnerships with a consultative approach.
Data-driven with forecasting, pipeline management, CRM/BI tools.
Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
Experience leading teams in international, matrix organizations.
