Support talent planning: succession, workforce design and development

🎯 Requirements

5-8 years HR experience with business partnering focus
Experience managing complex employee relations investigations
Proven track record coaching managers to leadership
Strong business acumen; translate priorities into talent actions
Solid understanding of local labor law; works councils and unions
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
