Oversee financial activities (accounting, tax, reporting) for the country.
Prepare ledger entries, payroll, and regulatory reports.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts including intercompany banking, customers, vendors, and accruals.
Monitor daily transactions and maintain up-to-date books; prepare reports.
Ensure timely VAT, CIT, and Social Security submissions.
Ensure payroll accuracy and oversee payroll software selection and integration.

🎯 Requirements

ACCA/CPA or local equivalent required.
5+ years as an accountant in high-tech firms; strong financial compliance.
Experience with Payroll ERP systems; Netsuite a plus.
Global finance experience; knowledge of diverse regulations.
Strong Excel and Office skills for analysis.
Excellent English communication; local languages helpful.
