Country Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee all financial activities in SA: accounting, tax, and reporting.
• Lead improvements to period-end closing processes.
• Prepare and manage ledger entries, payroll, and regulatory reports.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts including intercompany and vendors.
• Monitor day-to-day transactions; keep up-to-date books and reports.
• Ensure timely VAT, CIT, and social security submissions.

🎯 Requirements

• ACCA/CPA or local equivalent mandatory.
• 5+ years as an accountant in high-tech companies.
• Payroll ERP systems experience; Netsuite preferred.
• Global environment experience with diverse regulations.
• Strong Excel and office skills for data analysis.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
