• The Country Advisor provides on-the-ground insights for feasibility and EU market entry.
• Supports International team in evaluating markets and building business cases.
• Advises on structured market assessments, regulatory due diligence, and go/no-go input.
• Advises on entry routes and operating models (direct vs partner-led).
• Identifies local partners (pharmacies, prescribers, distributors).
• Flags regulatory and reputational risks early with practical mitigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, digital health, or other regulated sectors in target country.
• Proven track record in market assessment, due diligence, or strategy/BD roles.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory environments and healthcare delivery ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical skills to build and challenge market and financial assumptions.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with strong written and verbal English and local language.
