Counselor

📋 Description

• Deliver direct counseling to families, couples, and children via telehealth.
• Use empirically supported therapies: Narrative Therapy, CBT, Play Therapy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure wraparound family support.
• Attend family care meetings with other providers as needed.
• Potential clinical mentorship through our Clinical Ladder Program.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or doctorate in psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Current unrestricted license to practice in the state; licensure at Cortica for 1 year.
• Knowledge of empirically supported therapies (CBT, narrative, etc.).
• 1+ year experience counseling children or families with developmental differences.
• Able to obtain licensure in eligible states within 60 days.
