Counselor

📋 Description

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children via telehealth.
• Work with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support clients.
• Provide care for patients, parents, siblings, and other caregivers.
• Maintain ethical, confidential practice and wraparound family support.
• May participate in clinical mentorship and the Clinical Ladder Program.
• Utilize Narrative Therapy, CBT, Play Therapy, and other approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Current and unrestricted California license to practice.
• Master’s or Doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• 1+ year experience with children or families in counseling settings.
• Current unrestricted independent license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) in state of practice.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in eligible states within 60 days of hire.
• Telehealth experience and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
