Counselor

📋 Description

• Deliver direct counseling to families, couples, and children.
• Use Narrative Therapy, CBT, Play Therapy, and other approaches.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families for wrap-around care.
• Attend family care meetings and share information with providers.
• Follow clinic policies, laws, and ethical guidelines; maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Massachusetts license or pursuing licensure (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, MFT, or related field.
• 1+ year experience with children or families with developmental differences.
• Proficiency in CBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy.
• Strong commitment to client-centered care and using feedback to improve care.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and ethics; ability to collaborate with a team.
