Counselor

📋 Description

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children via telehealth.
• Apply empirically supported therapies: Narrative Therapy, CBT, Play Therapy, and more.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families to ensure wraparound support.
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers as needed.
• Possible clinical mentorship and participation in the Clinical Ladder Program.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
• Current unrestricted LCSW/PCC/MFT license in the work state.
• Licensed at Cortica for 1+ year.
• Knowledge of empirically supported therapies: CBT, narrative, postmodern.
• 1+ years’ experience with children or families with developmental differences.
• Ability to obtain licensure within 60 days in Cortica states.
