📋 Description

• Negotiate and draft government software licenses and services.
• Coordinate with finance, sales, product, support, and infosec to align terms.
• Negotiate reseller, SI, prime contracts, subcontracts, OTA, and NDAs.
• Support public sector sales with RFP analysis and responses.
• Advise on FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and export control requirements.
• Standardize certifications with government entities or primes.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizen; eligible for security clearance.
• J.D., or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years as Counsel or Contracts Manager with public sector exp.
• Deep experience navigating FAR/DFARS.
• Proven track record negotiating complex government contracts and reseller agreements.
• Experience with IT-related legal issues (cybersecurity, software licensing, cloud services) preferred.
