J.D. from ABA-accredited U.S. law school; active state bar.
5+ years negotiating commercial contracts; tech/fintech exp preferred.
Strong business acumen; balance legal and business risks.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Experience with fast-paced software or fintech companies.
