📋 Description

• Partner with development and real estate teams; oversee outside counsel.
• Act as internal legal lead on M&A for pre-NTP projects.
• Negotiate material project contracts for renewables and digital campuses.
• Support permitting strategy for development assets; land use entitlements.
• Manage interconnection matters; negotiate agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant energy experience; in-house preferred.
• JD from accredited law school; licensed to practice in a US state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; succinct.
• Hybrid schedule; in-office 3 days per week.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
