📋 Description

• Advise on governance matters including framework, board prep, minutes, and policies.
• Lead capital markets and financing activities, including equity and debt transactions.
• Structure and draft transaction documents through due diligence and closing.
• Partner with Finance, Investor Relations, Tax, and other teams to support initiatives.
• Support securities compliance and disclosure for financings and governance.
• Develop scalable processes for subsidiary governance and international expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience at tech companies or tech-focused firms.
• Experience advising on governance, capital markets, and securities matters.
• Strong ownership, curiosity about technology, sound judgment.
• High integrity; humble, thoughtful, and ethical.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and PM skills.
• JD and CA license or qualification to practice.
