🎯 Requirements

• JD with 4+ years negotiating real estate and commercial transactions (incl. 1 year in-house).
• Experience negotiating workplace, outsourced/engineering, SaaS, data privacy, and data security.
• Strong communication to clarify legal jargon and contract structure.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional relationship-building.
• Problem solver who anticipates needs and offers solutions with business partners.
