🎯 Requirements
- Law degree (LLB/JD) and admission to the NSW Supreme Court.
- 5+ years of commercial transactions experience, incl. 3+ years negotiating complex technology transactions (e.g., SaaS).
- Experience supporting a large sales organization.
- Ability to draft, structure and negotiate high-volume commercial contracts (MSAs, PSAs, NDAs, etc.).
- Ability to provide entrepreneurial, business-oriented advice balancing legal risk and reward; explain complex concepts to non-lawyers.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; collaborative and open-minded.
