🎯 Requirements

Strong academic credentials and success as a lawyer.
Bar membership or eligible to register as in-house counsel.
5+ years of commercial transactions; 3+ years in SaaS tech deals.
Experience supporting a large sales organization.
Ability to draft and negotiate MSAs, PSAs, NDAs, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to balance risk with business needs.
