Collaborate across Legal and Global Affairs to develop policy positions.
Provide strategic analysis and advice to the Global Affairs team.
Advise on evolving regulatory and industry standards affecting OpenAI's business.
Based in SF or DC; hybrid work model with 3 days in office.
Reports to the Senior Counsel of AI Policy.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in technology policy or AI law.
Strong background in technology policy; experience analyzing complex legislation.
Experience with AI laws or demonstrated interest in AI regulations.
Clear writing; distill complex concepts into simple explanations.
Experience engaging with regulators and policymakers.
Self-starter with cross-team collaboration skills.
