- Advise on trade-offs across structures and financing sources.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable timely execution and adapt to new asset types.
🎯 Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school; active bar; 4–8 years' experience.
- Experience representing borrowers/lenders in project finance or infra lending.
- Familiarity with energy or infrastructure assets (renewables, digital infra).
- Tax equity experience a plus but not required.
- Able to manage multiple live transactions and coordinate with internal teams.
- Strong drafting, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative with sound judgment under ambiguity.
