- Be partnered with an experienced and supportive home health Occupational Therapist
- Follow established care plans and work with patients 1:1 to improve function, ADL, and IADLs
- Educate and instruct patients, family members, and other patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to support the client’s health, safety, and independent living
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
- Paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online to make sure you feel confident
- Clinical support whenever you need it around the clock
🎯 Requirements
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Hawaii
- Willing to travel within assigned territory
- Graduate of AMA/AOTA-accredited OT curriculum (or equivalent)
- Two years OTA experience and proficiency exam with satisfactory grade
- At least one year of work experience supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist
