Own cost accounting: standard costing, inventory valuation, COGS reporting.
Lead month-end close for inventory, COGS, cost allocations, accruals, reserves.
Lead cost roll-ups, BOM costing, routings/labor and overhead rates.
Analyze and explain cost variances; drive corrective actions with Ops/Supply Chain.
Partner with Operations to improve inventory controls and reserve methodology.
Produce monthly performance packages with margin bridges and risk/opportunity assessments.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
6+ years of progressive finance experience with cost accounting exposure.
Demonstrated experience with standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
Experience leading budgeting/forecasting and delivering FP&A insights.
Strong Excel skills; experience with large datasets and repeatable models.
